The main parts of a computer are: CPU (Central Processing Unit) – The "brain" of the computer that processes instructions and performs calculations. Memory (RAM) – Stores data and programs temporarily while the computer is running. Storage Device – Keeps data permanently, such as a hard disk drive (HDD) or solid-state drive (SSD). Input Devices – Used to enter data into the computer, such as a keyboard and mouse. Output Devices – Display or present information, such as a monitor and printer. Motherboard – The main circuit board that connects all computer components together. Power Supply Unit (PSU) – Provides electrical power to the computer. In simple terms: A computer mainly consists of Input Unit, CPU, Memory/Storage, and Output Unit .
